We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but we realise that on occasion you may want to return your item/s, and we want to make that as simple as possible.  In the 1st instance email us at info@thelittleheartcompany.co.uk to tell us what the problem is.

You can return your purchase for a refund within 14 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us here at The little heart company, Howberry Park, Benson Lane, Wallingford, Oxon, OX10 8BA -  Please advise us at info@thelittleheartcompany.com that you will be returning your goods, stating the reason and with proof of purchase.

Returns will be honoured any time within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Returns method:
1) We ask that you return the items unused, with all the original tags intact.
2) Please obtain a proof of postage which is available free of charge from the Post Office and retain for your records until the refund of your return has been processed.
We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us so retain your proof of postage until our email confirming your refund has been processed.
Earrings: In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Full order cancellation:
You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and cancel the full order. In accordance with EU law, once returned to us we will refund the goods and also refund your initial postage and standard packing charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns method for damaged items:
Please note: On no account dispose of a damaged items before contacting us as we will not be able to refund unless you follow our instructions of return or photographic evidence. We will pay for the postage of faulty goods, please provide us with proof of the postage.


We aim to process all returns within 5 days of reaching our warehouse. Your refund will be processed via your selected payment method (credit/debit card or Pay Pal). Please allow 5-7 working days to show up on your card statement. We will email to confirm when this has been done.

SALE ITEMS:
Sale items can be returned, provided they are unused, within 14 days of receipt and at your own cost.  Sale items purchased online and returned to store after 14 days, but before 28 days, are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid.
